Recasi SMS program
The program name is Recasi. Recasi Media LLC sends texts from the Recasi business number shown in our messages about your inquiry: replies, market-availability follow-up, scheduling, confirming and reminding you of calls you request, and account or service messages for clients. We do not send marketing texts unless you separately agree.
How to opt in
You may opt in by checking the text-message box or providing your number on our form and agreeing to the disclosure, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, but is typically a few messages per inquiry. Msg & data rates may apply.
Your choices
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to opt out. You will receive one confirmation text and no more messages. Reply START or UNSTOP to re-subscribe. Reply HELP for help.
Support and delivery
For support, contact oliver@recasi.com or (941) 202-4403. Messages are supported by U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your phone number
You must be the subscriber for the number you provide or have authority to use it. Tell us if you change, lose, or no longer control the number.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy applies. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Age
You must be 18 or older to participate.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date.
